Bansilal, a farmer, is being pressured to sell his land. He finally agrees, but
the condition is that the landlord may gain possession of his land only after
Bansilal's death. The landlord, thinking that Bansilal won't even live another
year, is happy, but unaware that Bansilal's grandson will play such a game that
will ruin his plans.
