Mohan Kumar, honest man is working as a General Manager with a shipping company
owned by his friend Dinesh. Dinesh is a widower and his daughter Roma is
attached to Mohan Kumar, his wife Sumitra & son Ravi.
Jugal Kishore, Bhandari and Balwant are smugglers and are working under Mohan
Kumar. They kill Dinesh and frame Mohan for the murder.Mohan is sentenced to
life imprisonment. His wife is killed in an accident. Mohan saved Puris life in
jail, and Puri had connections with the underworld organisation.
After serving his imprisionment Mohan decides to take revenge. While tracing for
his son he meets Roma.
Ravi is working with Jugal Kishore and his gang. By strange circumstances Ravi
meets Roma and also saves the life of Kumar. Ravi and Roma fall in love with
each other.
A stage comes when Ravi is assigned to kill Kumar.
Did Ravi kill his father? How did Kumar come to know about his son?
