Raja (Anil Kapoor) and his sidekick (Johnny Lever) are a couple of small-time thieves who rob 2.5 million from their hometown's railway station before jetting off to Mumbai. Bunnu (Govinda) is a spoilt rich kid. Both, Bunnu and Raja fall in love with Dr. Neha (Juhi Chawla). And since neither is the sacrificial type, they begin a game of one-upmanship, with the winner getting the hand of the fair psychiatrist. Atleast, that is what we assume.
