Anirudh (Nana Patekar) walks out of nightmare which lasted more than twenty
years. He decides to face the world which is like another planet for him because
he has not seen the world and its ways ever since he was seven.He meets a number
of people during his walk through the world. He meets the glamorous Manisha
Koirala, who lives in a dream world of her own. He meets Jackie Shroff, a
dashing, rash and reckless young man who loves Manisha Koirala madly and hates
to accept defeat. He meets Ashwini Bhave, who takes a liking for him and
gradually falls in love with him. He meets some of his own relatives who have
only one goal make money at any cost, even at the cost of someoneelseÕs life.
Anirudh slowly falls into all kinds of traps. He is caught in a storm of
emotions. He becomes a toy in the hands of destiny. He is too simple, too
straight, too sincere, the kind of man who is an alien to the wild world around
him. He flights to break away all his fetters, all the traps, all the barriers,
in his own simple but powerful way. He revolts and becomes a man of our troubled
