Dayashankar (Sunil Shetty) inherits heavy debts when his father expires. He
has responsibilities of an old mother, an unmarried sister, and a married sister
who has problems with her in-law. He realizes that the only answer to his
problems is to liquidate his father's palatial property which is situated in the
heart of Mumbai. That would not only solve his mundane problems but also make
him a rich man. So he arrives in Mumbai elated at the prospects. But to his
surprise and shock, the family that occupies his property is unwilling to vacate
what they believe is their domain. The house becomes the bone of contention
between Mahima who resides there with her family and the persuasive landlord.
What follows is a series of confrontations resulting in humourous, witty and
romantic outbursts. The storytelling is intervened with various characters like
Paresh Rawal, Sanjay Narvekar, Saurabh Shukla who have interests in either the
house or Mahima, if not both. The finale to this explosive entertainer witnesses
eye-opening revelations and an eyeful of emotions.
