The film revolves around Raj (Govinda), the mentally imbalanced grandson of
Krishna Oberoi (Shammi Kapoor). Business tycoon Oberoi dotes on Raj but his
other two sons, Shakti Kapoor and Rana Jung Bahadur and grandson Mohnish Behl
are constantly planning ways to get rid of Raj and take over the moolah. And
finally when they get a chance, they knock off the old man when Raj is
holidaying in Shimla. They also get lucky when Raj disappears in an avalanche
and the entire property comes their way officially. But their picnic is short
lived as Banne Khan (Govinda’s humshakal???) suddenly appears on the scene along
with his Hyderabadi belle (Raveena Tandon) and shocks the crooks. Amidst this
predictable yet weird story is Preeti Jhangiani who’s there for the song and
dance routine. The end finally sees the real truth out as the real Govinda comes
forward and claims his rightful share |
