Kabir is a photographer who lives in Agra. Pooja who lives in Mumbai is an advertising film-maker. She wants to win an award and marry a rich man. To attend her friend''s wedding, Pooja goes to Agra, where she meets Kabir. Kabir falls for Pooja at first sight and mistakes Pooja''s friendship for affection. When she returns late from Agra to attend office, she gets fired. She lies to her boss that she was late because she got engaged to Kabir.

However, Mr. Oberoi''s son Raj comes from abroad and Pooja falls for him. Raj also likes Pooja. Kabir comes to Bombay in search of Pooja to express his feelings.
