Preetam (Shammi Kapoor) is a young man who’s desperately hunting for a job. He
hears about a tutor’s post but the only hitch is that the vacancy is for an
older man – his prospective employer is a cantankerous lady, Sita Devi (Lalita
Pawar), who wants an elderly tutor to teach her pretty nieces. Preetam disguises
himself as an old professor and lands the job. Trouble erupts when he falls in
love with one of his students, Neena (Kalpana) and sometimes slips out of his
disguise to dally with her! Further complications arise when Sita Devi finds
herself developing a tenderness for the old professor!
