Sweety (Mayuri Kango) is the only grandchild of her doting grand-parents. Her
parents are separated. She longs to meet her father, whom she has never seen.
Her grandpa fixes an alliance for Sweety but she is not ready to marry. She runs
away to Seychelles to find her dad. On the way,she meets Rohit (Jugal Hansraj),
a struggling singer and they fall in love. She also meets Anand (Anupam Kher) a
business tycoon. The police are now looking for a teenaged girl who has run away
from home. Sensing trouble, Sweety asks Anand to pose as her father, not
realizing that he is really her father. Petty misunderstandings develop between
Sweety and Rohit . Just when they are getting cleared up, Sweety's grandpa
arrives on the scene and drags her home to get her married.
