A millionaire stock broker Hasmukh Mehta (Dharmendra), whose wife is happy while he is just married, gets 'entangled' with a beautiful sexy bimbo, Meena Madhok (Mallika Sherawat). A series of misunderstandings led to rumours,that the 'nymphet' is having an 'affair' with the wealthy older man. Mehta's son, Harish (Siddhart Makkar) is surprised by his moralistic father's change in behaviour while the entire world enjoys the gossip. A plethora of hilarious characters add to the fun and excitement in this light-hearted comedy.
