Seth Dhaneshwar's (Kader Khan) daughters do not want to get married due to frivolous reasons. One insists that she hates all men because no one (including her father or the police) came to her rescue when a goon was teasing her. The second one loves a man who is in love with a club dancer. The third one (Twinkle Khanna) only wants a guy who will do as she says and as she assumes that no man worth his salt would do that, she refuses to get married. A conman (Govinda) and his partner (Johny Lever) pretend to be rich suitors for the girls and gain entry into the household. The conman manges to get the youngest daughter to fall in love with him. Dhaneshwar promises a huge sum of money to all of them placing the condition the money will be handed over only if all the girls get married together
