Raju (Govinda) works as porter at a Bus Station. Raju & his friend Deepak who is a car mechanic. They both have a strong temptation to get married. Pandit Shadhiram works as a marriage broker. Pandit Shadhiram goes to Hoshiyarchands house with a marriage proposal. But Hoshiyarchand who has two daughters is a greedy person and he wants his daughters to get married in wealthy family, Hoshiyarchand insults the Pandit who has brought a proposal of non wealthy family. So the Pandit has strong grevience towards Hoshiyarchand and plans to trap him. He prepares to marry Malti (Karishma Kapoor) who is the daughter of Hoshiyarchand. Raju acts as if he is come from Singapore and is very wealthy he traps Hoshiyarchand. Hoshiyarchand is ready to get his daughter married to Raju. But when Hoshiyarchand and Malti come to know the truth, then, how would they react.
