An action film, which tells the story of Raja (Sanjay Dutt), a rebel, who is idolized by the young son of a professor. The boy, Surya (Inder Kumar) even adopts Raja's lifestyle. Raja's girlfriend Rani tragically commits suicide. He now becomes a professional killer in the pay of a gangster-hotelier Vikram. Surya falls in love with Vikram's sister Kiran. Fearful of the consequences, Raja tries to deter his young friend Surya and deal with a possessive Vikram. However Vikram is not to be put off and swears to destroy the lovers.
