Ashok Mehra, a rich industrialist asks his photographer, Raj Bedi, to employ a model for the advertisement of his products. Bedi employs Radha who incidentally bears a striking resemblance to Ashok's late wife. Bedi falls in love with her and marries her. But then tragedy strikes when Bedi is struck by paralysis and Radha has to work for Ashok as governess to bring up his daughter. Ashok however does not know that Radha is married and he gets slowly attracted to her. On the other hand Bedi frustrated that his wife has to work begins to suspect his wife. Radha by this time has come quite close to the child and cannot think of being apart from her. So now Radha has to decide between her love for her husband and her love for the child. A love triangle with a twist!
