Shiv Kumar is a brave and dedicated police officer who is assigned a special
mission of putting an end to the activities of an arch criminal Shakaal. Shakaal
succeeds in trapping Shiv Kumar on his island and liquidating him. The death of
Shiv Kumar triggers off a complete change of personality in his brothers Vijay
and Ravi, hunting for the evil genius Shakaal, are joined by another oung man
Rakesh, who too has a personal score to settle with Shakaal.
They all managed to reach the island and penetrate the impregnable fortress of
the human monster. But the crime king Shakaal has more than one trick up his
sleeve. he presses a hidden button which triggers off a chain of events and the
