Gopal Verma lives with his loving wife Asha and three daughters Basanti, Barkha
and Bulbul. Gopal learns that he is suffering from lung cancer. He takes a
promise from his wife that she would not disclose his death, particularly to his
third daughter, who is suffering from a heart alignment. Mangatram, hears this
conversation between Asha and her dying husband blackmails her. Dr. Kumar, a
heart specialist, and Asha's good friend comes in the form of an angel to help
the family when Asha is hauled up for the murder of Mangatram. He saves Bulbul's
life by performing a complicated operation. On a mercy petition Asha is
