Rashmi a beautiful homely girl coming from a affluent family meets with an
accident. She loses her memory after the accident & goes missing. Somu, a young
school master is visiting Bombay The City of Dreams for the first time. Paintal
his friend is a happy go luck type of person who takes Somu to a brothel.
Somu meets Rashmi there & their lives change. Rashmi is nineteen, but is
mentally like six years (post accident syndrome). Somu takes her away to
Ramnagar a picturesque destination & looks after her cooks for her, combs her,
teaches her & Rashmi becomes his most priceless possession.
Rashmi is getting the treatment from the country doctor who cures her. But then
her Parents arrive & take her away. The doctor tells Somu that Rashmi is living
by the evening's train.
